Ingredients
Baby Potatoes, 1 lb
Oil, 2-4 tbsp
Seasoned Salt, to taste
Green Onions, 2
Garlic, 2 cloves minced
Directions
Dice your washed potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on size. Slice your green onions separating the whites from the greens.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add the oil so it coats the bottom of the whole pan. Once hot start to place your potatoes gently on the cut side into the pan and season. After about 5 minutes flip onto another cut side, repeat. Once the potatoes are almost done, 15 -20 minutes, sprinkle in the whites of the green onions and garlic. Stir and cook for another few minutes.
Remove once cooked through, sprinkle with the greens of the green onions for garnish.
Taste, season and serve hot with your favorite breakfast foods.
