Serves 4
For the Vinaigrette
Strawberries, 2 cups, chopped
Maple syrup, 3tbsp
Vinegar of choice, 2tbsp
Grape seed oil, 4 tbsp
For the Salad
Greens of choice, 10 oz
Strawberries, 1 cup, sliced
Candied nuts of choice, 1/4 cup, chopped
Directions:
Place the strawberries, maple syrup and vinegar in a blender. Start on medium high, remove the middle of the lid and slowly stream in the grape seed oil. Taste and set aside.
Place greens, strawberries and nuts in a bowl and toss with some dressing. Divide between plates and serve.
